I've seen it all...

Do you have housekeeping AND hygiene, issues. It's easier to keep things clean then it is to make things clean.  Our maintenance people do not want to get medical shots and boosters shots before doing service. If you have this behavior,  it's best to find a different landlord. Years ago we've had plumber's refuse to do work, can you imagine why. This can be quickly corrected by not calling us to rent or with an eviction if you have lied. If the landlord has to correct this behavior it will cost them, not hundreds, but thousands of dollars. Find a landlord who loves this behavior.

No Drinking,
why. Past poor behaviors with tenant neighbors and past midnight calls to us has made this a permanent policy today. In the 1980's 90's we got fatigued, NO MORE!
